We are excited to have you join us! At Club Sand Volleyball we believe that parents are an integral part of our team. We encourage positive parent involvement and believe that together we can work to create the optimal environment for player development and performance.

Important Information
01. Apparel Package
Uniform sizing and orders will take place the first week of practice. Apparel costs are estimated to be $275 and are not included in the total club cost (with the exception of 2 practice shirts). The apparel package includes 2 jerseys, spandex, knee pads, socks a sweatshirt and sweatpants. Additional information on sizing and apparel orders will be available shortly.
02. Schedule
Club volleyball tournaments will begin in January 2024. Each team’s schedule will be released shortly and can be found on their team’s homepage calendar. Parents and players will be notified of any changes to the schedule through either text or email. Players who will miss a practice or tournament should give their coach advance notice.
03. Payment
Players must be current on their club payments to be listed as active on the roster and eligible for tournament play. Parents can find their payment history through the account link sent by email. Payments can be made by check, cashiers check, cash, Zelle or online at clubsandvolleyball.com.
04. Fundraisers
Club volleyball is expensive! Club Sand will offer several fundraisers throughout the season to enable players to earn money to pay for their club fees. Information on fundraisers will be provided through email and the clubsandvolleyball.com website.
05. AAU Membership
All players are required to have a current AAU membership to be able to participate. The cost for one year is $14 and you can find the registration here: AAU Membership The club code for Club Sand Volleyball is W37ECW.
06. Get Involved
Parent involvement is encouraged! Whether cheering at games, hosting a team party, or practicing with your child we believe that your participation is important! Please reach out to us if you’d like more information on how you can be involved.
