COACHES

Kaniela Kalama – Head Coach

Air Force brat. Graduate of Kahuku High School. Taught at Kahuku High and Intermediate for 17 years. Married to Desiree Morehouse. Has 4 children. Currently the Vice Principal at Pacific Heritage Academy. Started coaching volleyball as a Senior in high school and never stopped. Has coached high school girls and boys volleyball at Kahuku, Clearfield, Sunset, Club V, Club Surge, TimpView, Provo High, and North Shore Volleyball Club. Played club and was a student coach at BYU-Hawaii.

Angela Peterson

Formerly Angela Lobendahn, she played at New Mexico State, where she was a two-time all-Sun Belt Conference selection. She left the school sixth all-time in kills and her junior season she had the second-highest single season kill total in NMSU history. Peterson also coached at UVU (2002-2004), Pleasant Grove High School (2016-present), and was a director and coach at club Vinaka (2016-2022).

2024-25 CLUB SEASON

Cost: $2,600

  • Practice Schedule: Tues/Thurs 7-9pm 
  • Practice Location: Treeside Charter School
  • Price Includes:
    • Twice weekly practice end of December 3–June 30
    • All tournament fees
    • 2 practice shirts
  • Price does not include: Uniform Package (estimated $295)
  • Payment Schedule: $500 deposit due by December 7, 2024.
  • $350 monthly payment (due the first of the month Jan ’25-June ’25) .
